Montas also asks Frankétienne to reflect on his experience on November 28, 1985, when three schoolchildren (the Twa Flè Lespwa) were gunned down by government forces during a peaceful protest in Gonaïves. Titus explains that the events of the crackdown inspired resistance against Duvalier.
